糖葱餅 (Tong Chong Bang)
'This is a crispy, sweet and sticky snack. For children who loves sweet and snacks, can try this local tranditional food"

You can find it on the first floor of Dragon centre, the name of the stall/booth is called老香港 懷舊小食

牛雜 (Beef Offal)
"If you would like to eat the organs of animals, such us their intestines, you could try beef offal. This is a warm food that cooked with white radish, the soup is unique as well"
Cost: Probably be $20-30
You can find it at G/F, 125Fuk Wing Street, Sham Shui Po. The stored named 囍囍美食

Soft candy with white sesame
The Chinese name of this snack is called 芝麻明糖. This is a candy that is sticky, soft and chewy. This is not very common to find in local supermarket/ market. You need to find it in the store which mainly sell local traditional snacks.
